We are hiring a Field Sales Executive in Patna to visit shops and businesses, find new clients, and grow our sales. Your earning grows with your performance.

Responsibilities:

- Visit the market daily and meet shopkeepers, dealers and businesses

- Find new clients and explain our products and prices

- Take orders and share them with the office

- Follow up with existing clients for repeat orders

- Help the accounts team with payment follow-up when needed

- Give a daily visit and sales report

Requirements:

- 1 to 3 years of field sales experience (freshers with good communication can apply)

- Own two-wheeler, smartphone and valid driving licence

- Positive communication in Hindi

- Good knowledge of Patna market areas

- Confident, polite and target-oriented

Salary and benefits:

- Fixed salary Rs 10,800 per month plus performance incentive

- Average earning Rs 28,000 per month, with no upper limit for top performers

- Incentive is paid on collected payments

- Mobile allowance, annual bonus

- No joining fee or deposit

Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday
