Key Responsibilities

Cleaning & Sanitization: Perform full "turnover" cleanings between guest stays, including scrubbing bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.

Linen Management: Stripping beds, handling laundry, and ensuring fresh, crisp linens and towels are provided for every new arrival.

Inventory Tracking: Monitoring supplies (toiletries, coffee, cleaning agents) and notifying management when stock is low.

Outdoor Maintenance: Keeping the property exterior, entrances, and common plots tidy and free of debris.

Basic Guest Assistance: Assisting with luggage if needed and ensuring guests have everything they require for a comfortable stay.

Incident Reporting: Promptly reporting any damages, maintenance issues, or missing items found during cleaning.
