Job Summary: BR Housing Developers is hiring a motivated Real Estate Sales Executive to join our sales team in Hoskote. The primary focus of this role is contacting prospective buyers, pitching residential plotted layouts, fixing site visit appointments, and closing plot sales.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Call inbound/database leads to introduce our residential layout projects.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, and investment timelines.
- Convince prospects and schedule confirmed on-site visits in and around Hoskote.
- Accompany buyers during site visits, showcase plots, explain amenities, and highlight area connectivity.
- Follow up regularly with pipeline leads to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain daily calling logs, lead updates, and appointment schedules on MS Excel / Google Sheets.




- Desired Candidate ProfileLanguages: Must be fluent in Kannada, Telugu, and English (spoken fluency is essential to handle local and investor clientele).
- Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, email writing, and WhatsApp Business.
- Skills: Excellent verbal communication, convincing power, phone etiquette, and negotiation ability.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years in real estate sales, telecalling, or field sales. Freshers with strong communication and sales drive are welcome to apply.
- Travel: A two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred for local site visits.
