Role Description

We are looking for an Operations & Digital Marketing Executive to coordinate with clients, manage daily tasks, track deliverables, and support digital marketing activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, strong client coordination abilities, and valuable organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for daily activities and deliverables.
- Communicate with clients, handle queries, and follow up on pending tasks.
- Track tasks, deadlines, and project progress to ensure timely completion.




- Support digital marketing activities across social media and other digital platforms.
- Maintain reports, spreadsheets, dashboards, and documentation.
- Coordinate content approvals, posting schedules, and client requirements.
- Manage multiple tasks and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Qualifications & Requirements - 0–1 year of experience in operations, digital marketing, client coordination, or a related field. Freshers with the right skills can apply.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong client coordination, follow-up, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, take initiative, and work independently.
- Must have a personal laptop.
- Comfortable working on-site in a small, fast-paced startup environment.
