Job DescriptionOur client is one of India's leading NBFCs, with a strong nationwide presence and a diversified portfolio of financial services.

We are looking for experienced Sales Officers with a background in Loan Against Property (LAP) or Home Loan sales in NBFCs or banks.

The candidate will be responsible for sourcing LAP business, generating leads, converting prospects, managing DSA relationships, and achieving sales targets.

- Key ResponsibilitiesSource Loan Against Property (LAP) business through multiple channels.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable LAP solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with DSAs and referral partners.
- Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Technical,



and Operations teams.
- Ensure proper documentation as per company credit policy.
- Follow up with customers and internal teams for timely loan processing and disbursement.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
