- EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONBachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- MBA in Marketing / Business Development will be an added advantage.

EXPERIENCE4–6 years of experience in business development, technical sales, or marketing within manufacturing, precision engineering, aerospace, defence, sheet metal, fabrication, or industrial engineering sectors.

- REQUIRED SKILLSUnderstanding of precision engineering and manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of machining, sheet metal, fabrication, assemblies and composites
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications




- Exposure to aerospace/defence quality expectations and industrial standards
- BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIESExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Result-oriented and self-driven approach / customer handling skills
- Problem-solving and coordination abilities Preferred
