? Job Role

हमारी टीम में Telecalling Executive की आवश्यकता है। आपकी जिम्मेदारी customers से फोन पर बात करके उन्हें suitable Credit Card products के बारे में जानकारी देना, उनकी requirements समझना और eligible customers की application process में सहायता करना होगा।

? Key Responsibilities

- Customers को outbound calls करना

- Credit Card products और benefits की जानकारी देना

- Customer की requirement और eligibility समझना

- Interested customers से required information collect करना





- Credit Card application process में customer की सहायता करना

- Follow-up calls करना

- CRM में calls और customer status properly update करना

- Daily calling और performance targets achieve करना

- Customer के साथ professional और polite communication रखना

? Performance Expectations

Full-Time:

- Minimum 6 qualified leads OR 2 approvals per day

- Daily calling activity maintain करना

- CRM में सभी calls और follow-ups properly update करना

Part-Time:

- Minimum 3 qualified leads OR 1 approval per day

Targets business requirements के अनुसार management द्वारा समय-समय पर revise किए जा सकते हैं.

? Working Hours

Full time: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Working Days: Monday – Saturday
