Position: Business Development – Sales Intern

Internship Duration: 3 Months

Stipend: ₹5,000–₹10,000 per month (in-hand, based on skills and interview performance)

About the Role

Growth System is looking for motivated, confident, and result-oriented candidates to join our team as Business Development – Sales Interns. This opportunity is ideal for freshers who want to develop their sales, communication, client-handling, and business development skills while gaining practical corporate experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with potential clients using leads provided by the company.
- Connect with prospective clients through calls, emails, and other professional communication channels.
- Understand client requirements and explain the company's products or services effectively.
- Follow up with potential clients, maintain relationships, and nurture business opportunities.
- Schedule product demonstrations based on client confirmation and availability.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Work towards assigned targets and contribute to the company's business growth.
- Participate in training sessions, learn the company's products and services in depth, and implement feedback to continuously improve sales performance.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Freshers and candidates interested in building a career in sales and business development are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in speaking with clients and handling professional conversations.
- Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and work towards targets.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Prior experience in cold calling, telecalling, or business development will be an advantage but is not mandatory.





Internship Structure & Performance Evaluation Policy

- Internship Duration: The initial internship period will be 3 months.
- Monthly Stipend: ₹5,000–₹10,000 per month in hand, depending on the candidate's skills, interview performance, and suitability for the role.
- Monthly Performance Evaluation: Each intern's performance will be evaluated monthly based on progress, productivity, communication skills, consistency, professional conduct, and overall suitability for the role.
- Early Permanent Employment Opportunity: Candidates who demonstrate strong performance, consistent improvement, and the ability to handle responsibilities effectively may be offered a permanent position at any point during the internship, even before completing the full three-month period.
- Permanent Salary: Upon selection for a permanent position, the candidate may be offered a competitive salary based on demonstrated performance, skills, contribution, and suitability for the role.
- Completion of the internship does not automatically guarantee permanent employment. The decision will depend on the candidate's overall performance and the company's requirements.
