Job Title: Counter Sales Executive – QSR (Fish on Fire)

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, plus monthly sales incentive

Job Type: Full-time · Work from office (kiosk)

Shift: Between 12 PM and 11:30 PM [shift hours to confirm] · Evenings and weekends compulsory · Monday off

Experience: 0–2 years. Freshers are welcome; QSR counter experience (McDonald’s, KFC, Domino’s, Subway etc.) is preferred.

Education: 10th / 12th pass or above

Languages: Kannada and Hindi required, basic English

Your work

- Greet every customer with a smile and help them choose from the menu
- Recommend our best dishes and add-ons to increase the bill value
- Take orders and payments on the POS (cash, UPI)
- Help customers use our QR scan & order
- Pack orders neatly and keep the counter clean
- Talk to regular customers and make them come back
- Help the kitchen team during rush time

We want someone who

- Loves talking to people and is confident with current customers
- Is honest, punctual and neat
- Is OK working evenings and weekends
- Enjoys food (eating seafood is a bonus)

Selection process: Phone call → 1 paid trial shift at the kiosk → Offer
