Job Overview:





A Telecaller in a manufacturing company is responsible for contacting dealers, Data mining and client research via online portals, new client acquisition and relationship building, Lead follow-up and conversion support and CRM/data management and reporting to promote products, generate bulk orders, and support the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform data search through online portals (B2B platforms, directories, etc.).

· Make outbound calls to potential clients and existing clients and explain product details, specifications, and pricing.

· Generate qualified leads for bulk or repeat orders and Coordinate with the sales and team.

· Achieve sales targets and call targets.

· Carry out data mining to identify new business opportunities and prospects.

· Develop and maintain a robust client database and focus on farming new clients and generating fresh leads.

· Follow up on quotations, inquiries, and pending orders and maintain records of customers, orders, and feedback.

· Handle customer queries related to products, delivery and pricing
