Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Hiring Executive to manage recruitment for our home healthcare services. The candidate will be responsible for hiring caretakers, caregivers, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to meet our operational requirements across Bangalore.

- Key ResponsibilitiesRecruit and onboard caretakers, caregivers, nurses, and healthcare staff.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, WhatsApp groups, referrals, and recruitment networks.
- Coordinate candidate screening, interviews, document verification, and joining formalities.
- Communicate job roles, salary, duty hours, location, and other employment details clearly to candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and daily recruitment reports.
- Coordinate with operations teams to fulfil staffing requirements on time.
- Follow up with selected candidates to ensure they join as scheduled.
- Support employee onboarding, attendance coordination, and exit formalities when required.
- Build recruitment networks with nursing colleges, training institutes, and local hiring agencies.




- RequirementsGraduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR hiring preferred.
- Experience hiring blue-collar, healthcare, or field staff is an advantage.
- Good communication and candidate coordination skills.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Excel, Google Sheets, and online recruitment platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring targets.
- Knowledge of Kannada, Hindi, and English is preferred.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Number of qualified candidates sourced and interviewed.
- Number of successful joinings per month.
- Time taken to close vacancies.
- Candidate joining ratio and retention.
- Accuracy of recruitment records and documentation.
