- Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement marketing strategies to promote Laundry Pro's services.
- Identify and acquire recent customers, including residential customers, apartments, hostels, hotels, salons, and corporate clients.
- Conduct field marketing activities, promotional campaigns, and local brand awareness programs.
- Manage social media platforms and coordinate digital marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers and business partners.
- Generate leads, follow up with potential clients, and convert leads into sales.
- Monitor competitors and identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Track marketing performance, prepare reports, and achieve monthly sales targets.
- RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media promotion is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel locally for field marketing activities.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
