- Operate and handle Tofflon& truking visual inspection machines for injectable products.
- Perform visual inspection of injectable vials ranging from 2 mL to 100 mL.
- Conduct leak testing using applicable equipment and approved procedures.
- Identify and segregate visible defects, particulate matter, and other product abnormalities as per approved specifications.
- Follow SOPs, cGMP, and applicable 21 CFR Part 211 requirements.
- Maintain inspection records, rejection records, and other required documentation.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and support regulatory audits.
Required Qualifications & Experience: BSc, B Pharm, ITI,
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in injectable visual inspection operations.
