Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Tele Sales Executive to connect with potential customers over the phone, explain our financial products, generate leads, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.
- Explain financial products such as personal loans, home loans, and overdraft (OD) facilities.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable financial solutions.
- Explain product features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and applicable charges accurately.
- Follow up with interested customers and assist them throughout the application process.
- Collect the required customer information and documents as per company policy.
- Maintain customer records and update daily calling reports.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.




- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth processing of applications.

Required Skills:

- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of banking and financial products.
- Ability to handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge and data-entry skills.
- Target-oriented approach and a positive attitude.
- Previous experience in telecalling or sales is preferred; freshers may also apply.

Qualification: 12th pass or graduate.

Salary: As per company policy, plus incentives based on performance.

Work Type: Full-time, office-based.
