Hiring: Site Supervisor – Interior Fit-Outs (8 Positions)

HIND SCIENCE is a Delhi/Noida-based design consultancy delivering interior design, MEP coordination and turnkey fit-out projects for corporate, retail, hospitality and healthcare clients. We're expanding our site team and looking for 8 hands-on supervisors.

Responsibilities:

* Supervise day-to-day site execution of civil, interior and finishing works

* Coordinate carpenters, painters, electricians, plumbers and other contractors

* Read and execute work as per GFC drawings; flag clashes early

* Track material, manpower and daily progress; submit DPRs

* Maintain quality, finishing standards and site safety

* Take measurements and support billing and snag closure

Requirements:

* Diploma/B.Tech in Civil or Interior Design (or equivalent experience)

* 3–6 years in commercial/retail interior fit-outs

* Solid knowledge of false ceilings, partitions, flooring, joinery, paint and finishes

* Able to read AutoCAD drawings; basic Excel

* Willing to travel across NCR sites
