Job SummaryWe are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Telesales Executives to generate loan leads, connect with prospective customers, explain suitable loan products, and coordinate with the sales team to ensure successful loan processing and disbursement.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers and generate loan leads.
- Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements.
- Generate leads for Personal Loans (PL), Business Loans (BL), Home Loans (HL), Loan Against Property (LAP), Working Capital (WC), Education Loans (EL), and Car Loans.
- Understand customer requirements and identify suitable loan solutions.
- Collect preliminary customer information and coordinate for required documents.
- Follow up with customers regularly to convert leads into business.
- Schedule appointments and transfer qualified leads to the sales team.
- Maintain daily call records, lead details, and follow-up status in the CRM or tracking sheet.
- Achieve daily calling,



lead generation, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain professional communication and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Required Skills and QualificationsMinimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Experience in telesales, telecalling, banking, NBFC, or loan sales is preferred.
- Freshers with positive communication skills may also apply.
- Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of loan products and customer handling.
- Ability to handle customer objections and achieve sales targets.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or CRM tools.
- Performance Parameters (KPIs)Daily outbound calls and customer connect ratio.
