About Us

The Hinnele House is an upcoming premium café in Sahakarnagar, Bengaluru, offering specialty coffee, matcha, all-day breakfasts, signature açaí bowls, nutritious salads and protein bowls.

We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly and well-presented individuals who enjoy interacting with customers and delivering excellent hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

- Warmly welcome guests when they enter the café.
- Guide guests to their tables and assist with seating.
- Present menus, explain dishes and recommend food and beverages.
- Take customer orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages professionally.
- Ensure customers have a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience.




- Handle billing and payments after training.
- Clear, clean and reset tables.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and barista teams.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.
- Handle customer enquiries and feedback politely.

Candidate Requirements

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Good English communication skills.
- Friendly personality and professional appearance.
- Customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Previous restaurant or café experience is an advantage.
- No previous POS or billing experience required.
