HIRING: MERCHANDISING & CORPORATE GIFTING

Location: Gurugram

Salary: ₹30,000–₹40,000 per month

Experience: 6 months (as per job details)

Reporting To: Business Head – Merchandising & Corporate Gifting

Role Overview

We are looking for a client servicing skilled to manage corporate gifting and merchandise projects, prepare proposals and costings, coordinate vendors, and ensure timely delivery with the required quality and margins.

Key Responsibilities

Manage client relationships and understand gifting requirements, budgets, branding, and timelines.

Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and accurate cost sheets.

Coordinate with vendors for sourcing, customization, pricing, quality, and delivery.

Manage order execution, production schedules, quality checks, and logistics.

Handle client approvals, purchase orders, invoicing, and payment follow ups.

Identify opportunities for repeat business, festive gifting, employee welcome kits, and corporate merchandise.

Maintain sales trackers, project reports, and client feedback.





Candidate Requirements

Graduate in any discipline. Marketing or business management qualifications are preferred.

Experience in corporate gifting, merchandising, promotional products, or client servicing.

Knowledge of product sourcing, customization, packaging, costing, and order execution.

Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and coordination skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and commercial proposal preparation.

Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.

Existing corporate client or vendor network is an advantage.
