HR Intern - Client Acquisition & Recruitment Operations

Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Employment Type: Internship leading to Full-Time Employment

Role Overview

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in

both client acquisition and HR/recruitment operations.

As part of the internship, your primary responsibility will be to acquire direct hiring clients

for Cosmic Rulers while supporting internal HR activities. Upon successful completion

of internship goals, you will be offered a full-time position with career growth

opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Acquisition: Identify and connect with companies that have hiring
- requirements.
- Reach out to decisionmakers through LinkedIn, email, calls, and networking
- platforms.
- Generate leads and schedule meetings with potential clients.
- Build and maintain professional client relationships.
- Convert prospects into direct recruitment clients.
- Coordinate and support the signing of recruitment agreements.
- HR & Recruitment Operations
- Support candidate sourcing and recruitment activities.
- Assist in screening resumes and coordinating interviews.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Help with employee engagement and internal HR tasks.
- Ensure smooth coordination between clients and the recruitment team.

Internship Success Criteria

- To successfully complete the internship, the candidate must:
- Acquire and onboard 3 Direct Recruitment Clients for Cosmic Rulers.





Incentive

₹15,000 Performance Reward

Paid upon successful signing of agreements with 3 direct clients.Full-Time Employment Opportunity

After successfully acquiring 3 clients, the candidate will be offered a full time position.

During Initial Employment

- Salary: ₹15,000 per month
- Candidate will be responsible for managing and fulfilling hiring requirements for acquired clients.

Confirmation Criteria

Successfully close:

• 3 hires for Client 1

• 3 hires for Client 2

• 3 hires for Client 3

Total: 9 successful placements

After Probation

Upon successful completion of:

• 3 months’ probation period

• 9 successful placements

The salary may increase to:

₹25,000 per month

Plus:

Performance-based bonuses

Additional incentives on successful placements
