ROLE PURPOSE

To assist showroom customers, recommend suitable products, convert enquiries into sales, and deliver a premium customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and budget, and guide them on tiles, bathware, and facade products.

• Maintain attractive product displays, samples, catalogues, and a professional showroom environment.

• Record enquiries and customer details accurately in Excel/CRM; coordinate quotations, pricing approvals, and availability.

• Follow up on enquiries and quotations, convert prospects into orders, and work towards monthly sales targets.

• Provide daily updates on enquiries, follow-ups,



and sales progress; coordinate order and delivery updates with internal teams.

• Support customers after the sale and escalate complaints or issues to senior management when required.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Good communication, customer-handling, and follow-up skills.

• Basic computer knowledge, including Excel and CRM; willingness to learn product details.

• Qualified attitude, punctuality, discipline, and a target-oriented approach.

• Showroom/retail sales or building-material experience preferred; motivated freshers may also apply.
