? Position: Sales Manager – Real Estate

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, manage and motivate the real estate sales team.
- Drive sales targets and achieve revenue goals.
- Generate business opportunities and convert leads into successful closures.
- Build strong relationships with clients and investors.
- Conduct property presentations, client meetings and site visits.
- Monitor team performance and prepare sales reports.




- Work with reputed real estate developers and premium property projects.

✅ Requirements:

- Graduation in any stream.
- 3–6 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in real estate.
- Robust team management, negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
- Two-wheeler/four-wheeler for client visits preferred.

? Salary: Negotiable, based on experience + attractive incentives.

? Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

? Working Days: 6 days a week | Monday off
