Key Responsibilities

Prescription Handling: डॉक्टर के prescription के अनुसार सही medicine dispense करना और prescription की उचित जाँच करना।

Customer Service: ग्राहकों को medicines के बारे में सही जानकारी देना और उचित मार्गदर्शन करना।

Medicine Knowledge: Medicines की composition, dosage, usage, storage और expiry की जानकारी रखना।

Stock Management: Medicines का stock maintain करना, low-stock items की पहचान करना और purchase requirements बताना।

Expiry Management: Expiry और near-expiry medicines को नियमित रूप से check करना तथा उन्हें अलग रखना।

Billing & POS: Software में accurate billing करना और medicines की सही entry सुनिश्चित करना।

Storage & Cold Chain: Medicines को निर्धारित तापमान और storage conditions के अनुसार रखना।

Inventory Arrangement: Medicines को company, category और expiry के अनुसार व्यवस्थित रखना।

Customer Follow-up:



उपलब्ध नहीं होने वाली medicines के लिए customer को जानकारी देना और आवश्यक follow-up करना।

Compliance: Applicable pharmacy laws और prescription requirements का पालन करना। Registered pharmacist की उपस्थिति और dispensing से संबंधित नियमों का पालन सुनिश्चित करना।

Daily Operations: Counter की cleanliness, proper handover और daily stock-related activities में सहयोग करना।

Team Coordination: Store staff के साथ coordination करके smooth daily operations सुनिश्चित करना।

Required Skills

Valid registration with the State Pharmacy Council, as applicable.

Good knowledge of medicines and prescriptions.

Basic computer and billing software knowledge.

Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.

Honest, responsible and punctual.

Working Hours: As per store schedule

Location: Shop No. 5, Satyam Complex, Science City, Ahmedabad

Note: Pharmacist must dispense medicines within their professional scope and applicable legal requirements. Prescription medicines must not be substituted or dispensed contrary to applicable rules.
