Job Description: Marketing Manager

About the Role:

- Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy for Jamsons Group.
- Plan and execute retail marketing campaigns to increase store footfall, customer engagement, and sales in coordination with the marketing agency.
- Manage online and offline marketing activities, including digital campaigns, social media, and local-area marketing.
- Coordinate with retail stores, marketing agencies, vendors, and brand partners to ensure effective campaign execution.
- Oversee social media content, promotional activities, and digital brand communication.
- Plan seasonal promotions, festive campaigns, product launches, and in-store marketing initiatives.
- Monitor marketing budgets, campaign performance, and return on investment (ROI).
- Analyse customer engagement, campaign results, and sales trends to identify improvement opportunities.
- Ensure consistent brand positioning and visibility across all marketing channels.
- Identify local marketing opportunities, partnerships, and promotional activities to support business growth.
- Prepare regular marketing performance reports and present insights and recommendations to management.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication,



or a related field.
- MBA or postgraduate qualification in Marketing will be an added advantage.

Experience Required

- 4–10 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in retail, consumer goods, lifestyle, electronics, fashion, or distribution businesses.
- Experience in planning and executing both digital and offline marketing campaigns

Required Skills

- Strong marketing strategy and campaign planning skills.
- Good understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and online advertising.
- Knowledge of retail marketing, customer engagement, and brand promotion.
- Robust communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and social media insights.
- Experience working with external marketing or advertising agencies.
