- Job ResponsibilitiesHandle complete export documentation and shipment coordination from order confirmation to final dispatch.
- Prepare and verify Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, Bill of Lading (BL), Certificate of Origin (COO), and other export documents.
- Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines, transporters, and shipping agents.
- Manage container bookings, vessel schedules, shipping instructions, and dispatch planning.
- Ensure export documents are prepared according to customer requirements, LC terms, and destination-country regulations.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Production, Warehouse, and Accounts teams for timely shipment execution.
- Follow up on container loading, cargo dispatch, BL draft/final BL, and shipment status.
- Maintain proper records of all export shipments and documentation.
- Handle documentation related to FCL/LCL shipments and ensure timely submission to concerned parties.
- Check documentation accuracy to avoid discrepancies, delays, or customs issues.
- Assist in handling LC and non-LC export shipments.




- Maintain shipment trackers and provide regular updates to management and customers.
- Coordinate with customers regarding shipping documents and shipment-related queries.
- Required SkillsStrong knowledge of export documentation and international shipping procedures.
- Good understanding of Incoterms, FOB, CIF, CFR, EXW, etc.
- Knowledge of customs/CHA procedures and container shipment processes.
- Positive working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
- Experience in Fasteners, Threaded Rod, Strut Channel, Hardware, Steel, or Engineering Products will be preferred.

QualificationGraduate in any discipline, preferably with a specialization/background in Export, Logistics, International Trade, or Supply Chain Management.

Experience2–5 years of relevant experience in Export Documentation / Export Logistics.
