Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to manage courier bookings, shipment tracking, dispatch coordination, and logistics operations. The candidate will coordinate with courier partners, transport companies, warehouse staff, and the sales team to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily courier bookings and shipment dispatches.
- Coordinate with courier partners and transport companies for pickups and deliveries.
- Track shipments and follow up on delayed or pending deliveries.
- Coordinate with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch of customer orders and samples.
- Handle sample dispatches, courier documentation, and shipment records.
- Prepare and maintain daily dispatch reports using MS Excel.
- Resolve courier-related issues, including delays, lost shipments, and delivery failures.




- Compare courier rates and help identify cost-effective shipping solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of AWBs, tracking IDs, freight charges, and delivery status.
- Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and logistics partners.
- Required Qualifications & SkillsGraduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience in logistics, courier operations, dispatch, or supply chain management is preferred.
- Positive knowledge of courier companies, transport services, and shipment tracking.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and meet dispatch deadlines.

Preferred CandidateA proactive candidate with practical knowledge of courier booking platforms, pickup scheduling, shipment tracking, and day-to-day logistics coordination.
