Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and responsible Production Executive with an ITI qualification in Electrical to support daily manufacturing operations. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring production activities, ensuring product quality, coordinating with maintenance and quality teams, and supporting the smooth functioning of production equipment and processes.

- Key Responsibilities1. Production OperationsMonitor daily production activities to ensure smooth and timely execution of the production plan.
- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
- Supervise and coordinate with production workers and operators.
- Monitor machine operations and ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Maintain production records, reports, and daily output data.

- 2. Electrical & Machine Maintenance SupportUse ITI Electrical knowledge to identify basic electrical faults in production machines and equipment.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team for machine breakdowns and preventive maintenance.
- Monitor electrical panels, motors, sensors, wiring, and other electrical components within the scope of training and authorization.
- Ensure machines are operated safely and report abnormal conditions promptly.
- Support troubleshooting activities and minimize production downtime.

- 3. Quality ControlEnsure products are manufactured according to specified quality standards and work instructions.




- Coordinate with the Quality Control (QC) team to address production defects and quality issues.
- Identify process deviations and take corrective action in coordination with the concerned team.
- Maintain inspection records and ensure compliance with quality procedures.

- 4. Safety & HousekeepingEnsure compliance with workplace safety rules and electrical safety procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production floor.
- Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Follow 5S practices and report unsafe conditions immediately.
- 5. Documentation & CoordinationMaintain daily production reports, machine downtime records, and rejection reports.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, stores, and dispatch teams as required.
- Monitor raw material availability and report shortages to the concerned department.
- Assist the Production Manager in achieving production targets and improving operational efficiency.
- Required Qualifications & SkillsITI in Electrical is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, motors, wiring, control panels, and industrial machinery.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and production planning.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and production reporting.
- Valuable problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a team and manage production-related responsibilities.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
