Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and organized Academic Coordinator to manage and oversee academic programs, scheduling, and curriculum implementation. The ideal candidate will coordinate between teachers, students, and administration to ensure smooth academic operations and high-quality educational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and monitor day-to-day academic activities, including class schedules, assessments, and curriculum delivery.

Support faculty members in lesson planning, resource allocation, and academic planning.

Ensure timely completion of syllabi and adherence to the academic calendar.

Maintain accurate academic records, attendance, and performance data.

Assist in organizing exams, evaluations, parent-teacher meetings, and academic events.

Address student concerns related to academics and coordinate with faculty for solutions.





Ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory academic policies.

Collaborate with administrative staff for student admissions, transfers, and academic documentation.

Monitor and evaluate teaching effectiveness and support faculty training if needed.

Prepare academic reports and provide feedback to the management regularly.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a related field.

Proven experience as an Academic Coordinator, Teacher, or in an academic administrative role.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Solid communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office, student information systems, or academic ERP software.

Knowledge of curriculum standards and education policies.
