We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Representative with an MBA in Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients. This role will involve identifying potential clients, managing customer accounts, and achieving sales targets for our range of products.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.

Identify potential customers and market segments for business development.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.

Present and promote the company’s products/services to existing and prospective customers.

Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competition.

Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals tailored to the customer’s requirements.

Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to maximize revenue.

Monitor sales metrics and provide regular sales performance reports to management.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create marketing campaigns and promotional strategies.

Participate in sales meetings, conferences,



and training to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

MBA in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven work experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in [your industry/product line].

Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Solid business acumen and analytical skills.

Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.

Ability to travel as needed.
