- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site.
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor labour attendance, productivity, and material usage.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and site management.
- Maintain daily progress reports and ensure timely completion of work.
- Ensure compliance with site safety rules.
Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering preferred, with practical site supervision experience. Knowledge of construction drawings, measurements, and AutoCAD will be an advantage.
