Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Continental Chef with hands-on experience in pizza making and continental cuisine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare pizzas, pasta and other continental dishes as per standard recipes.
- Handle pizza dough preparation, toppings, sauces and baking.
- Maintain food quality, taste, presentation and consistency.
- Ensure proper food hygiene, kitchen cleanliness and safety standards.
- Manage kitchen inventory and minimize food wastage.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Continental Chef with pizza-making skills.
- Should have experience in continental cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
- Positive understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.
