ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Complete Store Knowledge - MUST:

Must have complete knowledge of entire store - Plywood, MDF, HDHMR, Laminates, Hardware (Hinges, Channels, Handles, Locks, Screws, Sliders, Fevicol, Paint, Polish etc.).

Must know where each item is kept.

2. Stock Register Entry - MUST:

Maal ki entry register mai karna aana chahiye. Must do Inward & Outward entry in Manual Stock Register with date, quantity, item name & balance.

3. Bill Checking - MUST:

Maal ko bill mai check karna aana chahiye. Must verify incoming material with Bill/Invoice - Quantity, Rate, Item Code, Quality, Size.

4. FIFO System - MUST:

Purana maal ko pahle use karwana aana chahiye. Must follow FIFO strictly - old stock to be issued first to production to avoid wastage & damage.

5. Size & Square Foot Calculation - MUST:

Size nikalna or square foot bhi aana chahiye. Must calculate Sq.Ft. (Length x Width)



& Running Foot for Plywood, MDF, Laminate, Wood, Doors. Inch/Feet/MM conversion aana chahiye.

6. Inward/Outward & GRN:

Manage complete Inward/Outward with GRN, Material Issue Slips, approvals. No material without slip.

7. Excel & Tally Prime:

Must do Daily Stock Entry, Purchase Entry, GRN Entry, Material Issue Entry in MS Excel & Tally Prime. Prepare daily stock report & low stock report.

1-2 Years as Store Executive in Furniture/Manufacturing Company -
