Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organized MIS Executive who will be responsible for

managing, analyzing, and presenting data to support decision-making across departments. This

role ensures accurate reporting, data integrity, and timely insights for business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize large datasets for performance and usability

• Design and implement MIS systems aligned with business workflows

• Identify inefficiencies and suggest process improvements

• Standardize data formats and reporting structures across departments

• Collaborate with teams to streamline data collection processes Good analytical and

problem-solving skills

• Attention to detail and data accuracy

• Ability to handle large data sets efficiently

• Background in Mathematics will be preferred

• Background in Finance or Accounts will be preferred

• Basic understanding of business operations (sales, finance, project tracking)

• Robust communication and coordination skills

• Time management and ability to meet deadlines

• Work closely with Sales, Design, Operations, and Accounts teams

• Understand departmental data needs and customize MIS reports

• Train team members on basic data usage and reporting tools

Technical Skills Required

• Develop and manage advanced Google Sheets using:

o Formulas like SUMIFS, COUNTIF, IF, INDEX-MATCH

o Data validation and conditional formatting

• Automate repetitive tasks using:

o ARRAYFORMULA, QUERY, IMPORTRANGE

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)

• Optimize large datasets for performance and usability

• Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets / MIS tools / ERP systems /Power BI

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace / Google Worksheets.

• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and coordinate with different teams.

• Professional, trustworthy, and detail-oriented approach to work.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or IT related field.

• 4–8 years of experience in MIS / Data Management / Reporting role.

• Good knowledge of reporting formats at different levels.

• Experience in interior design / real estate industry preferred

• Fluent in spoken and written English

• Willingness to travel to project sites as and when required. Site travel percentage – Less
