Position Details:

- Position: Executive – HR
- Location: Fulbari, North Bengal
- Experience: 3–5 years of relevant recruitment experience
- Salary: As per current market standards
- Gender: Male
- Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, and onboarding.
- Handle bulk hiring requirements and ensure timely closure of vacancies.
- Manage NSO (Recent Store Opening) recruitment and ensure manpower availability as per business requirements.




- Coordinate with recruitment consultants and other sourcing channels to meet hiring targets.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Coordinate with concerned departments to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely deployment of candidates.

Candidate Profile:

- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Prior experience in bulk hiring and NSO recruitment is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work under tight deadlines.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference.
