Gogte Travels is hiring responsible, professional, and customer-focused Bus Captains for its luxury AC and Non-AC sleeper bus services.

The Bus Captain will be responsible for ensuring a protected, comfortable, clean, and hassle-free travel experience for passengers from boarding until the journey ends.

Travelling with the bus is compulsory and mandatory. and duty is of Night shift.

Key Responsibilities :

Passenger Management

- Welcome passengers professionally and assist them during boarding.
- Verify tickets, passenger lists, boarding points, and drop locations.
- Help passengers locate their assigned berths and resolve seating issues.
- Handle passenger complaints politely and promptly.

Bus Cleanliness & Presentation

- Ensure the bus is clean before departure.
- Check berths, bedsheets, pillows, curtains, windows, and washroom facilities, if available.
- Report any damaged, dirty,



or defective berth immediately.
- Maintain Gogte WorldBus’s premium service standards.

Punctuality & Operations

- Ensure timely boarding and departure as per schedule.
- Coordinate with the driver and office team regarding delays, traffic, and route issues.
- Keep the operations team informed about departure, en-route progress, and arrival.
- Follow approved boarding and drop procedures.

Reporting & Accountability

- Maintain accurate passenger and trip records.
- Report missing items, passenger incidents, damages, and operational issues.
- Share required trip updates and photos with the control room.
- Never collect unauthorized cash or make personal arrangements with passengers.
