Job Responsibilities:
- Call potential customers and explain residential property projects.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, and preferred location.
- Follow up with interested customers and provide relevant property information.
- Schedule property site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain customer details and follow-up records in Google Sheets or CRM.
- Build valuable customer relationships and assist buyers throughout the process.
Requirements:
- Good Hindi communication skills and convincing ability.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Freshers are welcome; telecalling or real estate experience is an advantage.
