IRVAAN Dry Fruits & Spices is looking for dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented candidates to join our growing sales team for the following positions.

1. Area Sales Manager (ASM)

Salary: ₹40,000+ per month

Experience: Minimum 5 years in FMCG Sales

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Manage, guide, and motivate the Sales Officer (SO) and field sales team.
- Expand the distributor (DB) and Super Stockist (SS) network.
- Identify new business opportunities and appoint new distributors.
- Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
- Monitor primary sales, secondary sales, billing, and market coverage.
- Conduct regular market visits and review team performance.
- Analyze competitor activities and market trends.
- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Ensure consistent business growth in the assigned territory.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of FMCG sales experience.
- Strong knowledge of general trade and distributor management.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage a team.
- Good communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

2. Sales Officer (SO)

Salary:



₹25,000+ per month

Experience: 1–3 years in FMCG Sales

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Visit distributors, retailers, and assigned market areas regularly.
- Generate current business and develop retail networks.
- Support new distributor and Super Stockist appointments.
- Generate regular orders and increase billing from existing customers.
- Promote IRVAAN products and improve market visibility.
- Ensure product availability and maintain good customer relationships.
- Monitor stock availability, market demand, and competitor activities.
- Submit daily sales reports, visit details, and market feedback.
- Coordinate with the ASM to execute sales plans and achieve targets.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in FMCG field sales.
- Knowledge of retail sales, general trade, and distributor handling.
- Good communication and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented approach and willingness to travel.
- Basic knowledge of sales reporting and MS Excel is an advantage.
