We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive for our distributorship of Saint-Gobain Tekbond Adhesives and Sealants. The candidate will be responsible for promoting products, generating new business, developing dealer and distributor networks, and maintaining strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Promote and sell Saint-Gobain Tekbond adhesive and sealant products.

* Generate new leads and develop business opportunities in the assigned market.

* Visit hardware shops, construction companies, contractors, fabricators, dealers, and industrial clients.

* Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.

* Appoint new dealers and expand the distribution network.

* Explain product features, applications, pricing, and advantages to customers.

* Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities.

* Achieve monthly sales targets and increase market share.

* Prepare quotations, follow up on orders, and coordinate product deliveries.
