What You'll Do

- Connect with interested prospects and understand their educational and business needs.

- Counsel potential clients and recommend the right programs and solutions.

- Conduct virtual meetings, manage follow-ups, handle objections, and negotiate effectively.

- Convert qualified leads into successful sales and drive monthly revenue growth.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.





- Maintain accurate lead updates and sales records using CRM tools.

- Achieve sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 1 year of experience(across any domain) in Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, or Educational Counselling.

- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

- Confidence in handling outbound leads, virtual meetings, and sales conversations.

- A target-driven mindset with strong follow-up and closing abilities.(TARGET=INCENTIVE)

- Fluency in English and at least one regional language.

- A bachelor's degree in any discipline.

- Familiarity with CRM tools, email, and Google Sheets is an advantage.
