Role Overview:

The Spa Therapist delivers high-quality wellness, massage, and skin care treatments while maintaining a clean, relaxing, and secure environment for all guests. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, a client-first approach, and technical proficiency in therapeutic practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Greet guests warmly, review medical history/allergies, assess problem or stressed areas, and recommend appropriate treatments or packages.

• Administer Therapies: Perform professional services including body massages, facials, body wraps, aromatherapy, and other wellness treatments to male and females.

• Ambiance & Safety: Maintain a calm, soothing atmosphere in treatment rooms; follow strict hygiene, sanitization, and safety protocols between appointments.

• Sanitation & Upkeep: Change linens, disinfect equipment, sterilize instruments, and restock room supplies regularly.

• Product Sales & Recommendations: Educate clients on home-care routines and promote retail spa products or service enhancements.

• Record Keeping: Update digital or physical client files with treatment notes, product preferences, and future reminders
