Location: Airoli, Thane, Bhandup, Mulund, Vikhroli , Kanjurmarg , Titwala

- Job ResponsibilitiesGreet customers warmly and assist them in selecting cakes, pastries, chocolates, and other bakery products.
- Explain product details, flavours, pricing, and ongoing offers to customers.
- Handle counter sales, billing, cash, UPI, and card payments accurately.
- Maintain product display, shelf arrangement, and cleanliness at the outlet.
- Check product freshness, expiry dates, and stock availability.
- Manage customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Ensure proper packaging of cakes and bakery products.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and store team for timely product availability.
- Maintain daily sales records and follow company policies.




- Support the team in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
- RequirementsQualification: 10th / 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Experience: Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience can apply.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic billing and cash-handling knowledge.
- Presentable, polite, punctual, and customer-focused.
- Experience in bakery, retail, café, or QSR sales will be an advantage.
- Job DetailsSalary: ₹8,000–₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
- Employment Type: Full time/ part time
- Shift: As per outlet requirements.
