Staff Nurse – Dermatology & Aesthetics

Calm Skin Clinic, a premium dermatology, aesthetics, and longevity clinic in Baner, Pune, is looking for a skilled, compassionate, and responsible Staff Nurse to join our clinical team.

We are seeking a patient-focused professional who can assist the dermatologist with clinical procedures, maintain hygiene standards, and ensure patient safety and comfort.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the dermatologist during dermatological and aesthetic procedures.
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, consumables, and equipment before procedures.
- Assist with procedures such as PRP, chemical peels, microneedling, laser treatments, and other dermatological procedures within the nurse’s scope of practice.
- Perform nursing duties such as vital sign monitoring, patient preparation, and post-procedure care.
- Assist with IV administration and IV therapy only when appropriately trained, authorised, and prescribed by the treating doctor.
- Handle clinical equipment safely and maintain proper sterilisation and disinfection protocols.
- Maintain clinical records, treatment documentation, consent forms,



and patient follow-up records.
- Ensure biomedical waste segregation and disposal according to applicable regulations.
- Monitor patients during and after procedures and promptly report adverse reactions to the doctor.
- Maintain inventory of medical supplies, consumables, and emergency equipment.
- Follow infection-control protocols and maintain a clean, organised clinical environment.
- Educate patients on post-procedure care as directed by the dermatologist.

Candidate Requirements

- GNM or B.Sc. Nursing qualification.
- Valid nursing registration with the applicable State Nursing Council.
- Experience in dermatology, cosmetology, aesthetics, or a hospital setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of infection control, sterilisation, biomedical waste management, and basic emergency response.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Pleasant personality, qualified conduct, and a compassionate approach to patient care.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the dermatologist and clinic team.
