Krishna Flours Mills (B) Pvt Ltd (“KFM”) is a 98 year old company which manufactures and markets various wheat products to customers across Karnataka and South India. KFM counts among its customers reputed Multi-national companies, hundreds of wholesale dealers and several thousand retailers. KFM is looking for an Lab Assistant to work in the Company’s well-equipped lab.

The Lab Assistant will play an important role in the Company’s well-equipped Analytical Lab and assist in maintaining the quality standards of the company. This position will work any and all shifts. Some key duties that will be assigned to the person will include, but are not limited to the following:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Quality & Lab related:





- Sampling and analysis of wheat and milled flour through analysis of wheat and flour with lab instruments. Safely operate lab analytical instruments.
- Understand written customer specifications and mill flour to meet customer specifications.
- Visit customer locations to understand quality complaints and work with head miller to make necessary changes to solve the customer complaint.

FSSC/GMP/GHP requirements:

- Assist in implementing all GHP, FSSC and Sanitation policies
- Assist during FSSC/HACCP audit of facility by customer and auditing agencies.
