We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Sales Executive to generate new business through cold calling, follow up with prospective customers, and convert leads into confirmed orders. The candidate will work from the office and connect with retailers, garment shops, wholesalers, and potential buyers across India over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

* Make daily calls to potential customers and garment retailers.

* Introduce men’s wear range, including shirts, denim jeans, trousers, and other garments.

* Generate current leads and develop relationships with retailers and wholesalers.

* Explain product quality, pricing, margins, available styles, and order terms.

* Convince customers to place trial orders and convert inquiries into confirmed sales.

* Follow up regularly with interested customers and pending leads.

* Share product catalogs, photos, videos, and price lists through WhatsApp.

* Maintain customer records, calling reports, and follow-up schedules.

* Coordinate with the dispatch and accounts teams regarding orders and payments.

* Achieve daily calling targets, monthly sales targets, and customer-conversion goals.

Candidate Requirements

* Good communication and convincing skills.

* Experience in telecalling,



telesales, or garment sales is preferred.

* Knowledge of men’s garments or the wholesale clothing market will be an advantage.

* Ability to handle customer objections and close sales over the phone.

* Basic computer skills, WhatsApp, and Excel/CRM knowledge.

* Positive attitude, confidence, and a target-oriented approach.
