Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Outbound Telecalling Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing our e-commerce account management services, and guiding them through the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and educate them on our e-commerce management and growth services.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with interested leads to successfully convert them into active clients.
- Maintain clear record-keeping of daily calling activity, feedback, and lead status.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Languages: Fluent English and Hindi communication skills.
- Solid interpersonal, negotiation and active listening skills.
- Basic understanding of computers or spreadsheets.
