Position Title: HR Manager

Location: Eco Space, Recent Town, Kolkata

Salary: Up to ₹ 50,000/- per month

Experience Required: 5 – 8 years of relevant HR experience

Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and result-driven HR Manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources operations, team leadership, and strategic workforce planning at our office in Eco Space, New Town, Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have strong experience leading HR functions in fast-paced environments, with a proven track record in talent acquisition, employee relations, and team management.

Key Responsibilities·

HR Operations & Strategy: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business goals. Oversee daily HR functions including onboarding, policy enforcement, employee engagement, and offboarding.

Talent Acquisition & Staffing: Lead end-to-end recruitment strategies to source, attract, and hire top talent efficiently across various departments.

Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and guide the HR and recruitment team to achieve organizational targets and maintain high performance.





Employee Relations & Performance Management: Drive performance appraisal systems, resolve workplace conflicts, address grievances, and cultivate a positive work culture.

Compliance & HR Policies: Maintain compliance with local labor laws, formulate company policies, and ensure strict adherence to HR best practices.

Key Requirements & Qualifications·

Experience:

o Minimum 5 to 8 years of core HR experience.

o At least 2 to 3 years in an HR Manager or equivalent leadership role.

o Minimum 2 years of experience in team management/leadership is preferred.

Industry Preference: Experience in IT, ITES, BPO, staffing, recruitment, or other fast-paced organizational environments will be a strong advantage.

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA in HR preferred).

Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, leadership, and decision-making skills.
