We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our automobile dealership/service center. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, scheduling service appointments, managing customer complaints, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction throughout the vehicle sales and after-sales service process.

1. Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesCustomer Handling

- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding vehicle service, repairs, maintenance, and delivery.
- Provide accurate information about automobile products and services.

1. Service Appointment Management

- Schedule and confirm vehicle service appointments.
- Coordinate with service advisors and workshop teams.
- Follow up with customers regarding upcoming and missed service appointments.

1. Customer Follow-Up

- Conduct post-service feedback calls.
- Follow up with customers regarding service satisfaction.
- Remind customers about periodic maintenance and upcoming vehicle services.

1. Complaint Management





- Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer issues.
- Escalate unresolved complaints to management.

Maintain and update customer records in CRM software.

- Record customer interactions, feedback, and complaints.
- Prepare daily and monthly customer support reports.

1. Customer Satisfaction & Retention

- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer queries.
- Support customer retention and service business growth.
- Required SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in English and regional languages.
- Positive customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of automobile servicing and maintenance.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
- Ability to handle customer complaints patiently.
- Strong coordination and multitasking skills.
