We are looking for an organized Sales Coordinator to join our team and support our sales & sampling operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with customers for tags, labels, and sampling requirements.
- Understand customer requirements and arrange samples accordingly.
- Follow up with customers regarding sample approvals.
- Coordinate with production/design teams to ensure timely sample development.
- Maintain records of enquiries, samples and follow-ups.
- Ensure smooth communication between customers and internal teams.
- Handle customer quearies and ensure timely communication.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience will be an additional advantage.
- E-mail communication is compulsory.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in tags, labels, garment accessories, printing, or a related industry will be preferred.
