Location: Mani Casadona, Recent Town, Kolkata (Opposite Eco Space Gate 2)
Work Mode: Work From Office (24x7 Rotational Shifts)
Salary & Perks
In-Hand Salary: ₹16,000/month (Under NATS & NAPS)
Paid Training: ₹300/day stipend during training (20–25 days)
Schedule: 6 Days Working | 1 Rotational Off
Role & Responsibilities
Handle back-office support and backend operations for the Vodafone Idea (VI) process.
Resolve customer service requests and queries efficiently with high quality and accuracy.
Adhere to company compliance and operational guidelines.
Who Can Apply?
Education: Graduate (Mandatory)
Languages Known: Bengali & Hindi
English: Excellent verbal & written communication skills required
