? HIRING – Shift Manager / Assistant Restaurant Manager / Restaurant General Manager

Location: [Chennai / Bangalore / Hyderabad / Kochi]

Experience: 2–5 Years in QSR / Restaurant

Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma (10 and +2)

? Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Lead, motivate, and manage the restaurant team to achieve business targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain Burger King brand standards.
- Drive sales, profitability, and operational performance.
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards.
- Manage inventory, stock control, wastage, and cost management.
- Prepare staff schedules and ensure optimum manpower deployment.
- Train and develop team members for better performance.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints effectively.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and statutory requirements.




- Analyze daily/weekly business reports and take corrective actions.
