• Manage daily operations across assigned markets and service areas

• Monitor field operations, team productivity and service quality

• Coordinate with on-ground service professionals

• Ensure smooth shift operations and operational efficiency

• Resolve day-to-day operational challenges

• Track performance metrics and achieve operational targets

• Support team management and workforce coordination

? ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• Age: 22–30 years

• Experience: Minimum 2 years

• Education: Graduate in BBA, B.Com, BA or Engineering from a non-premier college





• Candidates in their first or second job can apply

? PREFERRED CANDIDATE BACKGROUND

• Quick-commerce dark store or shift operations

• Last-mile delivery hub operations

• Retail store supervision

• NBFC field operations

• Internal Team Leader (TL) conversions will receive priority

⚠️ MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

• Must live within 30 minutes of the assigned market

• Fluency in the local language is mandatory

• Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence required

• Must be available for on-ground operations six days a week

• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
